Mindy Farris is both owner and team leader of her real estate company, The Farris Group in association with Keller Williams Realty, the top real estate franchise by both volume and agent count. Her team is a full service real estate business serving buyer and seller clients across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Mindy moved to the Dallas area in 1984 and has been a practicing licensed real estate agent since 2003. She has served her office as a member of the Agent Leadership Council for four years, served as a Chairperson for the Finance Committee, and also served on the Growth and Social Committees. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, KW Luxury, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, Lakewood Women In Business, International Association of Home Staging Professionals and is also a member of The J L Long Middle School PTA. She ranks in the top 2% in her office of 370 agents.

She accredits her success to a positive mindset and atmosphere, and says the ongoing education provided by Keller Williams, the #1 real estate agency for education, is absolutely critical. She says, “We use the latest in technology to list, market, and sell homes and we take full advantage of all modes of social media to sell and locate homes for our clients.” When asked what is most important to her in terms of building a successful business and team, she responds, “I like to spoil my clients with the best customer care possible, and beyond that, I just do the right thing. It’s that simple.”
